The Little Art Theatre is collaborating with Greene Memorial Hospital, Soin Medical Center, and the Antioch College Wellness Center to bring a free, 4-part health education series to the theatre. The first program is scheduled for 10am, Thursday, April 2nd and will continue at that same time for the next 3 weeks. Topics include:
Apr 2nd – Really, I’m fine! – keeping stress in line
Apr 9th – Matters of the Heart
Apr 16th – Preventing Diabetes: It’s never too late to start!
Apr 23rd – Food and Mood

Preventing Diabetes:
It’s Never Too Late to Start

10-11 a.m.
People with blood sugar levels that are higher than normal but not yet in the diabetic range have “prediabetes”. Even if your blood sugar is higher than normal it does not mean you have to eventually be diagnosed with diabetes. Join us to learn more about how you can take control of your blood sugars.
