ReStoryative Somatics for ages 18+

FreeReStoryative Somatics: Archetypal Play for Getting Unstuck for ages 18+ will be held at the Yellow Springs Community Library on Sat., Jan. 31, from 2-4 p.m. In our fourth and final Winter Wellness program, Amy Rebekah Chavez and Carmen Milano will help us learn to get past habitual thoughts and mindsets that hold us back from reaching contentment in our lives.
