• Submissions are reviewed weekly on Mondays.
• All events are subject to approval.
• Contact details should be placed in the body of the event description. 
• Required fields must be completed for consideration.
• Information must be accurate and complete (date, time, location, contact).
• Events must meet community standards.
• Approval does not guarantee promotion across all channels.
• The event manager may edit submissions for clarity or consistency.
• Submissions containing adult language, imagery or profanity will not be approved.
• Events will be prioritized based on proximity to Yellow Springs and YS Chamber.
