The June 2026 Yellow Springs Street Fair returns with its signature blend of creativity, community, and celebration, and one of its most anticipated destinations is the Backyard Beats+Brews & More Fest featuring Yellow Springs Brewery.
Set against the backdrop of live music on the lawn, Backyard Beats+Brews is more than a beverage stop. It is an immersive experience built around taste, discovery, and connection. Guests can explore thoughtfully curated beer selections while enjoying live bands, shared energy, and the unmistakable festival atmosphere that defines Street Fair weekend.

The Experience: More Than a Drink
At the heart of the Backyard Beats+Brews concept is the idea that a beverage can be an experience. Each pour is designed to pair with the sounds of the stage, the rhythm of the crowd, and the spirit of discovery that brings thousands to Yellow Springs each year.
A standout addition this year is the introduction of Frisbee Beer Flights, a playful and collectible tasting experience that allows guests to sample, learn, and explore new favorites while taking home a functional souvenir. It is craft beer with a twist of fun and memory making built in.
NEW THIS YEAR: Frisbee Beer Flight Menu
1. Zaragoza Mexican Lager – 4.5%
A refreshing lager named for the general who led Mexico to victory at the Battle of Puebla. Crisp corn sweetness meets bright New Zealand Motueka hops, finished with a zesty lime twist. Crushable, clean, and served with lime, salud.
2. Mannequin Pants Session IPA – 4.7%
An Amarillo hopped session IPA with soft peach sweetness and subtle melon rind bitterness. Oats and a higher mash temperature create a fuller body than traditional sessions.
3. Just Be Nice Fruited Sour Ale – 5.3%
Featuring mango, plum, and calamansi, this Pride Month celebration beer bursts with citrus, tropical fruit, and tart refreshment. A portion of proceeds supports Yellow Springs Pride and LGBTQ+ community services. Be yourself here.
4. Keyholder Hazy IPA – 8%
A bold hazy from the historical series, offering tangerine, blueberry, pine, and stone fruit notes layered over a soft, pillowy malt body. Citra and Mosaic hops bring intensity and balance.
