Art on the Lawn Returns to Yellow Springs for Its 42nd Year
If you’re looking for something artsy in Ohio to do this weekend, make plans to experience one of the region’s favorite traditions.
The 42nd Annual Art on the Lawn, hosted by Village Artisans, returns to Yellow Springs on Saturday, August 8, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at its new location behind Mills Lawn Elementary at the corner of Limestone and Phillips Streets.
This favorite outdoor festival brings together more than 100 juried artists from Ohio and beyond, transforming the village into a vibrant celebration of creativity. Browse original works in glass, painting, pottery, photography, woodworking, fiber arts, jewelry, mixed media, and more while enjoying food trucks, live music, and the welcoming atmosphere that makes art in the village so special.
Hosted by Village Artisans, Yellow Springs’ long-standing artist cooperative located in the heart of downtown, Art on the Lawn is a must-visit for collectors, families, and anyone who loves discovering handmade art and meeting the artists behind it. With free admission and something around every corner, it’s easy to see why this event has become one of the premier Greene County events of the summer.
